ACT now available in NY in February

Starting in 2019, the February ACT will be available in New York State. ACT has issued a press release here. ACT previously had not offered the test in February because they said that New York's “Truth in Testing” law requires the testing agency to disclose test forms, which ACT believed would be cost prohibitive to develop. A new law provides an exemption for this disclosure.
