Excelsior Scholarship Application open

The New York State Excelsior scholarship application has just opened for the Class of 2020 graduates. Please note this statement from the NYS Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC):

"The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically reduced state revenues and the processing of new application is pending on federal assistance...Excelsior Scholarship awards may have to be reduced and/or prioritized for current recipients."
